Shipping Policy

At this time, due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, we will not be able to fulfill orders with expedited shipping and expect longer processing times.

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 4 to 7 days of order confirmation and payment verification. The package will be shipped USPS and will have an estimated 12-25 business day arrival.

Know that our fulfillment teams continue to send product daily as we take extra precautions to ensure their safety. Thank you for your patience and understanding.


All returns must be processed through our Returns portal within 7 days of original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Pieces that have been damaged, scratched, stained, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.


We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

  • Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.

  • You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.

  • Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA # or original order number.

  • Securely attach your return label to the package.

  • Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.

If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
